Drying Time

Rain safe: 3 to 4 hours. Dry to 24 hours; full cure 24 to 48 hours at 70 °F and 50% relative humidity at two gallons per square; dry times will be accelerated by higher temperatures and higher humidity; cooler weather, thicker films, poor air flow and low humidity can slow dry time.

Coverage Rates

If one coat application is desired, apply one coat at 50 sq. ft. per gallon. If applying in two coats, apply each coat at one gallon per 100 sq. ft. Finished coverage will be the same at covering 250 sq. ft. of roof surface per 5-gallon bucket. Textured, porous and worn surfaces may require more product to cover.
