Prime with Kool-Lastik Primer to improve topcoat adhesion and prevent leaks. Kool-Lastik is a rubberized undercoating specially formulated to perform well on troublesome roofs and in ponded water situations.

- Apply in two coats
- Kool-Lastik is a primer and must be topcoated
- Recommended for the following troublesome roofs: Modified Bitumen, Rolled Roofing, Bonded Tar and Gravel, Built-up Roofs, most Asphaltic roof surfaces and for roofs where water ponds.
- Kool Seal is not recommended for Asphalt/Fiberglass Shingles.
- Use as a base to convert black asphalt to white
